Commercial Lawyer – London – Initial 6-month FTC

A financial services business is looking for a qualified commercial lawyer to deal with their Brexit repapering.

As the commercial lawyer you will be responsible for reviewing, amending and negotiating of the following:

  • Markets contracts (derivatives and markets trading agreements)
  • Market Infrastructure contracts (such as CCPs and clearing brokers and trading venues)
  • Vendor contracts (primarily technology and market data contracts)

The ideal Commercial Lawyer:

  • Ideally you will have experience of working in house within financial services.
  • You will have experience undertaking the above tasks

The commercial lawyer contract is for 6 months initially, although there is potential for extension depending upon the progress of the project and the adequacy of work completed.
