Description
This Paralegal Manager/Senior Paralegal position is a hybrid role: your job will be a mixture of managing the many paralegals at the firm (work allocation, performance management, training, recruitment etc) AND acting as the lead fee-earner often in Commercial Disputes.
Profile
You MUST have worked as a Paralegal in Commercial Disputes at a reputable law firm AND have experience of managing paralegals. You may have been a paralegal manager, team leader, or supervisor.
