Rate: £25-30 per hour

Our client is urgently seeking a Residential Property Solicitor to join them for a long term contract. The ideal Residential Property Solicitor will be able to handle a full Residential Property caseload and have experience and knowledge dealing with matters including:

• Sales and Purchases
• Freehold and Leasehold
• Remortgages and Transfer of Equity

The Residential Property Solicitor will be available to start with our client as a locum as soon as possible for an ongoing contract on the South Coast. Applications will be considered from candidates who are qualified Residential Solicitors or candidates with a strong Residential background.
