Senior Marketing Executive (legal)

Our client, a superior US law firm is looking for a professional Senior BD Executive to join their growing ad progressive team in London on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity for any individual looking to take on a new challenge where you can work across the board on all practice groups across Africa and at times working with Paris and America.

You will be reporting to and working very closely with a highly experienced Business Development Manager on a global level. You will need to able to work semi-independently and take the lead on pitches from end to end with the support of the centralised pitch team, drafting and taking the lead on the delivery of RFP documents, driving the directory submissions, managing all marketing collateral, driving business plans and coordinating events alongside the events team and preparation of client entertainment events and conferences as well as overseeing the Events & Marketing Assistant.

To qualify for this opportunity you must already operating at executive level and hold several years' professional experience within a full BD role and be confident working independently and autonomously to successfully drive your department forward. International BD experience is desirable and French language is very desirable as you would be working with the Paris office. Ideally you will be qualified at Degree level with solid previous Marketing or Business Development experience working within a law firm or professional services environment. You must be a confident self-starter, enjoy all aspects of the marketing mix and be happy to roll your sleeves up. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, and you must be able to manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines.
