Kennedys is growing its Commercial Insurance offering and is looking for Commercial Litigation and Corporate Solicitors to join its highly regarded Insurance Litigation team in Manchester. Experience
Essential:
- 3-10 years’ commercial insurance experience
- Ability to apply a commercial approach to claims in order to deliver economic solutions
- Flexible attitude towards working practices and ability to adapt style as required.
Desirable:
- To have had previous client contact and attendance at business development events
- Experience of alternative dispute resolution and negotiation.
