Client Support Officer
£8-£10 per hour depending on experience

Are you approachable, friendly, confident and professional on the telephone?
My client is looking for a client support officer to join their team. This role is a front-line client facing role based within a reputable law firm. The team are extremely busy and with the influx of work are looking to expand.
While the roles are temporary initially, there is scope to go permanent for the right candidates.
The ideal candidate will have a polite telephone manner and will enjoy talking and helping clients. You will be responsible for ensuring the clients understand and are happy with the procedure and how their claim will progress. A telephone based customer service background is essential.
While no legal experience is required, the ideal candidate will be confident, both in person and on the telephone and will be keen to learn. Strong IT skills are essential and the ideal candidate will be looking to settle into the role and build a career. A desire or interest in the legal field is essential.
