Top tier investment bank is seeking a trading documentation negotiator to focus on a range of agreements including ISDA master agreements but with a focus on GMRA and GMSLA (stocklending and repo agreements). This will include working on netting agreements and legal opinions and therefore a deep understanding of these agreements is essential. This is a great stable team to work in consisting of very down to earth personalities within a collaborative environment.
