The Role:
-The Commercial Property team in Chesterfield is expanding and you will play a pivotal role in the development of the team.
-Working closely with an experienced solicitor, you will assist on a mixture of commercial property, landlord and tenant and commercial work as well as expanding into some commercial work.
-You will undertake a broad range of duties including undertaking legal research, preparation of documents, assisting with client meetings, and other routine administration and support activities.
-The role is a long term investment for our client and as such there will be plenty of training and support available to you in order to progress your career.

The Candidate:
-For this role, you must have experience of working in Commercial Property as well as be able to demonstrate an aptitude for this practice area.
-The role would suit a hardworking, ambitious paralegal looking to develop a career within Commercial Property.
-Joining an expanding team, you must take a flexible approach to your work and be able to work to tight deadlines.
-Strong IT skills are a necessity.
