High Level Asset Finance Paralegal at US Law Firm: £40,000 + OT

Niche US law firm, based in the heart of the City, is looking to recruit a new paralegal to join their very busy and growing Asset Finance department.  This role will be very involved and high level so applicants will need to have heavy legal document experience and understand transactions from a fee-earning point of view rather than just an administrative function, you will have the rare opportunity of making decisions on the workload where you will have autonomous responsibility being merely guided by the Partner and their team.  This firm is looking for a high calibre/education paralegal candidate who has previously worked at a high level, where you have been exposed to clients, drafting and transaction involvement.  This position is a permanent role, however someone that can only commit for 12+ months due to Training Contract or other long-term commitment limitations will be equally considered.  Applicants will need to have strong asset finance/corporate/transactional/company-commercial paralegal experience and it would be a huge bonus to have energy and infrastructure knowledge.  Overtime will be readily available so applicants who are keen on working hard and getting the financial reward will be ideal.  Offices are based in the City.  Having the LPC is preferred but not essential, however at least a law degree or the GDL is essential.
