My client is a single centre law firm based in North Yorkshire with a history dating back 125 years. They are an innovative business who are constantly looking to improve delivery to their clients. They are currently seeking to appoint a Dispute Resolution Solicitor / Legal Executive to their team
The Role;
You will be expected to handle cases independently and assist a Partner with a wide range of cases from contractual disputes to high value multi-track and technically complex matters.
Key aspects of the role include:
- Commercial litigation
- Property litigation
- Probate (desirable)
- Contentious Probate (desirable)
The role will also involve working alongside colleagues in other departments teams to minimize litigation for existing clients, work to resolve contractual disputes pre-proceedings and deal with contested matters up to trial.
The Candidate;
Ideally as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor you will be a minimum of 2 years PQE and will have experienced of working on a caseload, you will have a proven track record and will demonstrate the ability to work under time pressure and working to client's requests. You will have excellent attention to detail as well an excellent communication skill both written and spoken.
