Our clients are a leading regional practice with a thriving real estate practice group serving local and national commercial clients. The revenue of this practice group has more than doubled over the last two years and it is this success which drives this recruitment process.
As a Senior Associate you will ideally have experience of large scale residential development projects for private landowners, commercial property developers and local authorities. Some exposure to real estate finance work from the borrower side will also be of assistance.
This position would suit an ambitious Senior Associate individual seeking a platform for advancement into partnership.
