The business is owned and financed by the founders, Goldman Sachs and US based private investors.

Based in Lymington near Southampton this rapidly growing company now seek to recruit a number of lawyers with experience in commercial property to join an integrated operational team acquiring, developing and managing telecommunications infrastructure sites.These are transactional roles providing fully integrated support to key stakeholders in the business.

There are opportunities for both experienced and junior lawyers.

The successful candidates must have commercial real estate experience and also be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of Landlord and Tenant issues or Estates Management. In addition to possessing training and experience from a recognised law firm you must be a skilled communicator, methodical, diligent, results driven and capable of interacting with the business at all levels. You will also need to demonstrate excellent commerciality coupled with a strong technical ability. For more junior lawyers, training and support will be provided.

Prior in-house experience is not necessary.
