This leading international law firm is looking to recruit a newly qualified Corporate Lawyer to join their growing team in Doha.  This major global law firm is a market leader in the Middle East where it advises an impressive international and high-end regional client base.

As a Corporate Associate you will be advising a wide range of clients (often household name multinational corporations) on the structuring and re-structuring of their operations in the region.  You will be part of a close team that advises on a wide range of matters including, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, joint ventures, venture capital and private equity investments, IPOs and equity issues.

In order to be considered, you will have strong academics and a good track record in a respected commercial law firm. This position offers an outstanding tax-free salary, benefits and relocation as well as strong prospects for progression.
