A Commercial Property Lawyer is required by a long established and financially sound law firm, with a staff turnover of close to zero! Described as boutique, their clients are predominately Commercial and high net worth individuals.
They wish to hire a 7 years + PQE Lawyer, who has a good way with people, is commercially savvy and knows Commercial Property, to take over an existing caseload which is presently generating circa £200,000 per annum. The work is classic commercial property - commercial leases, licenses, acquisitions, some smaller scale developer work and the odd high net worth residential purchase.
The firm don’t tend to market themselves, don't do seminars and have more work than they know what to do with. Their clients are loyal because they are approachable and savvy and they are often referred to as a bit of a commune as there is a very flat management structure - that works because the people that work there are conscientious, committed to the firm and the broader ethos.
For the right candidate a market rate salary is on offer together with a bonus scheme that pays a third of what you bill in excess of three times your base.
