A Residential Conveyancing Paralegal or Legal Assistant is required for a High Street firm in Stoke-On-Trent.
Operating for over 20 years within the Staffordshire region, this firm can offer a homely environment in which to thrive and gain additional skills and most importantly progress in the firm. Possessing values within the market, they are committed to providing an excellent service to their clients.
Assisting a Fee Earner in Residential Property, you will assist on transactions from the initial client contact through to completion. Ideally you will be fully conversant with all aspects of residential conveyancing work. You will in the future then have your own caseload which will consist of a mix of Residential Property matters from initial instruction through to completion including; Purchase, Sale, Re-mortgage and other associated matters for both freehold and leasehold.
Applications are invited from experienced Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistants who have worked in a similar well-established environment. We are seeking candidates that have at least 6-12 months experience, however those outside of this banding will also be considered provided they have the relevant experience.
