Urgently seeking a driven Agriculture Lawyer to join a leading firm with immediate start on a 6 month fixed-term contract.
The Role
Our client are now urgently seeking a talented Agriculture Lawyer to join a highly-regarded firm on a fixed term contract for 6 months with immediate start in Leamington Spa. The successful Lawyer should possess 8 + years PQE gained in a Property department of a reputable firm, experience in agriculture is preferable although the right candidate with a genuine interest in this area will be considered. The role consists of a high-quality caseload of mid and high value rural property transactions which include: purchases; auctions; sales; complex Land Registry registrations and; assisting Private Wealth in the administration of property matters for deceased estates.
The role will also involve some supervision of junior members of the team, assisting and guiding them through low to mid value transactions.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 8 + years’ PQE gained at a reputable firm;
Experience gained in Agriculture or possessing a genuine interest in this area;
Seeking a temporary position on a six-month fixed term contract;
Excellent client care and communication skills;
Ability to work proactively as part of the team as well as on own initiative.
