The Team and the Firm
- Team acts for a wide range of clients such as major banks, private equity houses, major corporates, alternative lenders, and real estate developers and investors
- Main thrust of the work is acquisition finance, leveraged buyouts, asset based lending, general corporate lending and real estate finance transactions
- The team is growing quite quickly and has a strong track record of nurturing new recruits through their career, especially in the case of retrain candidates
- The firm is very well liked in Leeds and has the enviable reputation for having the lowest turnover in fee earning staff of any firm in Leeds, by some margin.

Who are they looking for?
- Either an NQ solicitor with a keen desire to specialise in banking law or a more experienced banking solicitor looking for a career move
- NQs should ideally have a banking seat, or if not, strong exposure to corporate work and a demonstrable interest in banking
- More experienced lawyers should be approaching the stage where they are ready to start leading on transactions and are keen to forge ahead with their career.
- Whatever your level, you will have a strong teamwork ethic, polished client skills, an outgoing personality and a 'can-do' attitude to work.
