A leading, top tier L500 firm based in Cambridgeshire seek to appoint an ambitious Property Paralegal for their highly reputable Agriculture Team.

The successful applicant will assist and progress a broad caseload of agricultural and rural property matters. This will include the preparation of letters and documents, analysis and management of files to include the preparation of briefing notes, Land Registry applications and organising deeds.

To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience in non-contentious property matters and have confidence in client facing roles. You will be focussed on delivering excellent standards of service whilst providing accurate and efficient legal assistance to clients and colleagues.

The salary on offer is dependent on experience and will be in the region of £22,000 to £23,000. Each applicant will be considered on their own merits and candidates with higher salary expectations are invited to apply to discuss their requirements.
