The Role
Joining a super modern commercial and residential department the successful Property Solicitor will undertake a challenging and mixed caseload which may entail dealing with freehold; sales; landlord and tenant matters; private rentals; property portfolios and complex developments; negotiations; corporate support; secured lending and finance; commercial leases; disposals; housing provisions and; planning projects. The successful Property Solicitor will possess excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to deal with legal issues in-house.
The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Commercial and Residential Property Solicitors with a wealth of experience in Property matters;
Knowledge of development and corporate matters is essential;
It is desirable to have good current knowledge of agricultural work;
