CQS accredited practice is seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer for an immediate start in Norwich.
The Role
We are urgently seeking a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a dynamic, friendly and CQS accredited Conveyancing department in Norwich. With a minimum of three years PQE, applicants will be commercially adept and demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills. You will be able to handle a mixed residential property caseload under minimum supervision. Exposure to lease extensions; landlord and tenant matters; option and average agreements; contentious property work and; moorings would be advantageous but not essential. The successful Lawyer will undertake business development, marketing and networking as part of your duties.
The Candidate
A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of three years’ experience;
Solid experience in handling a Conveyancing caseload is essential;
Handle a mixed caseload under minimum supervision and meet key deadlines;
Actively participate in business development, networking and marketing initiatives;
It is beneficial if you communicate in a clear and concise manner.
