The Role
An excellent opportunity has now arisen within a Milton Keynes-based Private Client team for a Lawyer with good general private client experience. Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision, the successful Solicitor will advise clients on areas including: will drafting; trusts and estate administration; probate matters; Court of Protection applications and LPAs and; preparing trusts accounts. An aptitude for setting and meeting targets and undertaking regular file reviews will be essential. Utilising your previous experience in business development and networking, you shall promote the departments and practices services, building and maintaining long-lasting client relationships. The Candidate
You shall be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4-9 years’ PQE;
Technically proficient in all aspects of private client work;
Demonstrates an aptitude for setting and meeting targets;
Has the ability to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision;
Personable, highly organised and client-focused;
A pro-active team player with a flair for business development and networking.
