Description
As a Commercial Property Associate you will be involved in a general and varied commercial property workload, including landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals for investors and general portfolio management. The team has a particular area of expertise in the retail sector.
You will be working alongside a number of top quality partners but will need to be able to hit the ground running.
Profile
You will ideally be a Commercial Property Associate with 5 years PQE or more with experience gained at a local leading regional practice or from a city firm to enable you to hit the ground running. Candidates of 3 years+ PQE will be considered with the right experience.
