Highly accredited firm located in Coventry now seeks a temporary Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team for a minimum of 3 months.
The Role
Our client is actively seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their first class team in Coventry on a locum basis for at least three months. The successful applicant will possess high levels of professionalism and deliver outstanding client care. Your duties may include: sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties; landlord and tenant matters; drafting and negotiating lease documentation and; compulsory purchases. In return, the firm offers significant investment in training/development and provides an environment where all staff are treated with respect.
The Candidate
Applications are encouraged from Lawyers with three years’ plus PQE in Commercial Property matters;
Deliver exceptional client care with outstanding communication skills;
Able to working both independently and as part of a team;
Be technically adept;
Take an organised and proactive approach;
Possess a warm and welcoming demeanour.
