Excellent opportunity for a Litigation and Employment Solicitor to join a well-established practice in the Thames Valley area.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Litigation and Employment Solicitor to join our client’s practice in the Thames Valley area. The successful candidate will be responding promptly to new business enquiries relating to litigation and will be providing statutory interpretation and legal advice. Duties of the role will include: case and full file management; providing clients with employment law and litigation advice; taking instructions; preparing papers for Court; drafting ET3 submissions and compromise agreements; taking and drafting witness statements; analysing and evaluating evidence of cases; conducting pre-hearing reviews; attending employment tribunals; reviewing contracts and policies; appearing at employment tribunals; advising clients on termination of employment and; assisting with implementing the department’s business development strategy.
