Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join a Local Authority in the West Midlands. The role will initially be for a period of 3 months with the possibility of further extension dependent on the departmental workload.

The ideal candidate will be a Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with previous housing litigation experience. The client is ideally looking to secure a suitable candidate on a full-time basis, however part-time options will also be considered.

The role will consist of handling a full caseload consisting of housing litigation matters including dealing with anti-social behaviour, closure orders, fixed term tenancies and general litigation e.g. regulatory prosecutions.

A rate of £35-£40 per hour will be offered to the successful candidate dependent on experience.
