Information Governance Solicitor

Venn Group's specialist legal team are excited to be recruiting for a Locum Information Governance Solicitor to join a Local Authority legal team in Lincolnshire. The assignment is ideally to start as soon as possible and offers up to 50% homeworking for the right candidate. We expect this position to last 3-6 months, with a strong possibility of extension.

The successful applicant will have a thorough experience advising on GDPR, Data Protection, FIOA and EIR law, with the ability to provide both written and telephonic legal advice within this area of law. The ideal candidate will also have experience working within a Local Authority.

You will be required to perform responsibilities to a high standard diligently and professionally, in accordance with all applicable statutory and regulatory standards, authority policies and procedures as directed.

The position offers an hourly rate of £35-45 per hour and is offered on a full time basis. Part time applicants will also be considered.
