Legal Counsel

A telecom services business based in Berkshire is seeking a legal counsel to join their in-house team for a period of 6 months.

This role is in a great location that offers free parking, great transport links and also offers the flexibility of home working 2/3 days a week.

My client is looking for a hard working candidate who has the ability to work on high value, complex agreements with minimum supervision.

You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating IT and telecom Terms & Conditions and related contracts on an international basis and navigate through complex processes.

The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer in the UK or Europe and have experience of working in-house in the telecom, IT or technology sector and will have worked on high value business to business deals. French, German and/or Spanish language skills would be advantageous but not essential.
