Banking & Finance Lawyer - Dubai, UAE
Leap29 are working closely with an elite US firm, well known for being a global powerhouse that has set itself apart with the type of work that each practice handles. The firm are highly praised for the high-end, complex transactions that they tackle and for their ability to maintain deep, long-standing relationships with their local and global clients.
The managing partner is seeking a junior/mid finance associate to join the team in Dubai. You can expect to be working on cross-border investment management transactions, in addition to debt capital markets and structured finance work.
In order to qualify for this role you will need to have an extremely strong background, both academically and professionally. The partner is happy to consider candidates located in either the UK or Dubai but you must have trained within a magic circle or leading US firm.
Key requirements:
• 1-3 PQE
• General finance experience
• Excellent academic profile
• Trained with a leading magic circle/US firm
