One of the leading law firms in the South East are seeking an experienced solicitor to join their busy Probate, Trusts and Wills team in Eastbourne. With over 200 staff in 9 offices and plans for further expansion, they offer an excellent opportunity to build a successful career.

The position will entail working closely with the team both in Eastbourne and the wider department undertaking various Wills, Probate and Power of Attorney matters for a wide range of clients. This will include attending client meetings, drafting wills, advising on Declarations of Trust, administering estates, preparing LPAs, providing advice on tax and trusts and handling General Affairs files.

Marketing and networking skills are essential in order to participate actively in seeking new business, building relationships with potential clients and generally developing the department.

High standards of interpersonal and communication skills are vital along with a positive and friendly manner.

2 years PQE is the minimum considered and much more senior candidates should also apply.

This role is full time and salary is negotiable and dependant on experience and ability.
