Private Client Solicitor

We're currently working with a leading commercial law firm in Birmingham city centre who are looking to hire a Private Client Solicitor in to their growing team.

The role

As part of this team it is anticipated that you will gain exposure to a broad range of Private Client matters and engage in BD activities. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary and excellent benefits, dependent on experience.

In this growth role you will gain exposure to the following:

- The preparation of wills
- High value/complex probate work
- Estate planning for high net worth individuals
- Trusts
- Tax

About You

You will ideally have two years' Private Client experience and will be familiar with the full ambit of private client work and a demonstrable passion for this area of specialisation. Experience of working in the West Midlands market would be of benefit in the role but is by no means a prerequisite. FCIlex or approach Fellow status will also be considered.

You will be a proven team player with impressive interpersonal and communication skills and will bring a willingness to develop the private client team in Birmingham. Some travel will be required so access to a car and a clean driving licence is necessary.
