They are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their busy team working from their office in Bristol, Somerset.

The Role

You can expect a varied workload, working on a range of quality deals for major names in sectors such as oil and gas, renewable energy, financial services, real estate and insurance.
Some of the firms work is for clients based outside of the region and some is international, but, you will also play an important role in helping us deliver services to south-west clients.

To be successful in this role you will need some familiarity with corporate transactions, but equally important will be the ability to demonstrate a proactive attitude to work, a bright mind and a strong team ethos as well as a commitment to developing a career in this specialism.

You will be...

• A Corporate Solicitor (Either experienced, or newly qualified)
