We are looking for a Commercial Solicitor in Private Practice who would like to move in house, or for a commercial in house counsel ready to make their next move. Based in Nottingham.

Description
- Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements including:
- data and/or software licensing, maintenance and support, consulting and/or professional services agreements
- Master Services/Framework Agreements
This is a very business facing role where you will truly feel part of this very sucessful business.
Profile
Experience (2 years+) required of drafting, negotiating and advising on commercial contracts (ideally including technology related agreements. The role will focus on commercial contracts work however, knowledge of any of the following areas whilst certainly not essential would be an advantage:
- Data and/or software licensing;
- data protection;
- competition law;
- intellectual property;
- international contracts;
- financial services regulation.
- consumer contracts.
