Lexcel accredited firm are now seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary on a locum basis

The Role

Our client is now seeking a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their skilled team in Peterborough, Cambridgeshire. This position would be well suited to a Legal Secretary with solid experience in Conveyancing and excellent administrative skills with the ability to provide support to a busy team. Duties of this position may include: drafting legal documentation; taking instructions from clients; diary management; file management; telephony and; general administrative tasks. Our client recognises the need to handle matters efficiently and explain complex legal terms with simplicity, therefore a Secretary with excellent client care skills and the ability to effectively prioritise matters is essential. This position is currently being offered on a locum basis.

The Candidate

You will be Legal Secretary/Assistant with solid experience gained in a Conveyancing department of a reputable firm;

Be available to start asap;

Excellent client care and communication skills;

Confident in many areas conversant with conveyancing law;

IT proficient with a good typing speed;

Highly organised with the ability to effectively prioritise deadlines.
