Sellick Partnership are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity for a Childcare Lawyer to join a well-respected local authority based in Lincolnshire, offering good transport links.

The successful Childcare Lawyer will undertake a caseload of childcare matters, with duties including but not limited to;

  • Advocacy, including contested and non-contested hearings
  • Managing a busy caseload of childcare matters
  • Acting as a legal advisor to a wide range of clients in relation to their Children's social care functions

The ideal candidate for the Childcare Lawyer role will be of a Public Childcare Law background in either Private Practice or Local Authority.

The Childcare Lawyer role will be for the initial period of 3 months, with the potential to be extended.
