Recruitment Advisor - Legal.
Based in the centre of Birmingham, this top tier law firm is now looking to recruit an additional recruitment HR advisor into their established human resources department. This role will be a full time, permanent role working from the firm's state of the art offices.
Based in Birmingham, your key duties will include: overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring exceptional candidate experience through the recruitment process, ensuring the firm attract and retain the best candidates in the market, assisting with and implementing HR strategies, and maintaining and developing relationships.
In order to be considered for this recruitment HR advisor role based in Birmingham city centre, you must have 12 months+ experience working within legal HR as a recruitment advisor, have a good working knowledge of the legal recruitment process, be highly organised and have excellent communication skills.
