Legal Researcher

EJ Legal is currently recruiting for a researcher to join the private practice legal recruitment team. 

EJ Legal is a specialist legal recruitment company with circa. 20 experienced recruitment consultants, focusing on private practice legal recruitment, in-house legal recruitment and paralegal recruitment. The company has been around for 25 years and is one of the most established agencies in the market.  It is privately owned - with a very relaxed and collegiate culture. There are no strict targets or KPIs and it offers a very grown-up and enjoyable working environment.

This vacancy sits within the associate private practice recruitment team. You will be supporting 5 recruitment consultants with day-to-day research, headhunting candidates via LinkedIn/the internal database and mapping the market.  The team work with a range of top tier firms across the Magic and Silver Circle, US firms and West End boutiques. This is a great opportunity to gain research, communication, recruitment and time management skills whilst gaining a unique insight into the legal market.

For the right individual this role could lead to a recruitment consultant position further down the line. This opportunity would particularly suit a law graduate who has perhaps decided that a career in law is not for you, but that a career in legal recruitment might be!

Alongside the basic salary on offer, there are also financial incentives for you to earn a generous commission.
