SENIOR COMMERCIAL COUNSEL

A well-known online gaming company with offices in Central London are looking to appoint an experienced Commercial Lawyer to assist with the ongoing growth of the business. This Senior Legal Counsel position is a newly created role which will report directly into the General Counsel and work closely with other members of the collaborative legal department

The role will allow you to work on a wide variety of commercial matters including SAAS agreements, software licensing and service agreements with games and systems providers, brand partnership agreements with third party brand owners, consumer terms and conditions, IT supply contracts and data analytics/processing agreements. You shall also assist with providing advice to individuals within the business on Corporate matters and advice in relation to website content and data protection matters.

To be considered for this role you will have at least 8years PQE and have significant prior experience of providing advice on drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally with a focus on software, services and technology contracts, dealing with corporate matters and advising senior managers on the launch of new products and services. Ideal candidates will also have experience working within an international business.
