Commercial Litigation Solicitor - Flexible working

COMMERCIAL LITIGATION SOLICITOR - 3+ PQE - NEWCASTLE - FLEXIBLE WORKING (FULL TIME, PART TIME or TERM TIME)

THE FIRM
- International law firm
- National dispute resolution team
- Recognised team in Legal 500 and Chambers
- Impressive client base including a large number of FTSE 250 clients

THE ROLE
- Managing your own caseload of commercial litigation matters to include contractual disputes, shareholder disputes, defamation, pension disputes, IT and technology disputes, procurement disputes, and occasionally some insolvency matters.
- You will be acting on behalf of an impressive client base of FTSE 250 companies, from a broad range of sectors to include financial services, retail, manufacturing, transport and energy
- You will have the opportunity to work for a number of Partners across the business, not just those in your base office

THE REQUIREMENTS
- You will have a minimum of 3 years PQE as a commercial litigation solicitor
- You will have trained and worked for a well regarded regional, national or international firm
