Residential Conveyancer.
A Residential Conveyancer (either Qualified Solicitor / Legal Executive / Licensed Conveyancer or experienced Paralegal) is sought for a well established law firm based in Hartlepool.
You will be dealing with a mixed caseload including new build, part exchange, leasehold, buy to let, help to buy cases. Experience of working with estate agents’, builders’ and/or lenders’ panels would be an advantage.
