The Role:
· A conveyancing assistant is sought to join the busy residential property team
· You will assist with files through all stages both sales and purchases and gain some fantastic experience from specialist property lawyers
· Daily tasks will include pre and post completion checks, creating initial packs and providing a first class service to clients

The Candidate:
· Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills
· Able to work autonomously and as a team with the ability to liaise with people at all levels of the organisation
· Experience gained within a conveyancing environment is essential
