In-House Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a solicitor/legal executive to join a niche, in-house firm in Essex, which specialises in commercial property lending work.
The ideal candidate will be a commercial property solicitor/legal executive with solid experience dealing with a range of non-contentious property matters, including including commercial and residential freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, preparing reports on title, commercial property and development mortgages and commercial leases. As many cases handled will involve recently built or converted properties, a good technical knowledge of title and planning issues is also essential.
Experience in commercial property is ideal, but candidates from a residential background will also be considered. The firm will provide ongoing training and support and can offer long term career opportunities for ambitious individuals.
