Leasehold Enfranchisement Paralegal.
A rare opportunity has arisen with Legal 200 modern thinking law firm, for a fee-earning Leasehold Enfranchisement paralegal in London.
As a result of steady growth and constant secure sources of work, there is an opportunity for an experienced paralegal to work one on one with a qualified Lawyer. Your role will focus providing administrative support and a small billable target on a range of leasehold enfranchisement matters for a variety of clients from individual tenants to groups of tenants, landlords, also management companies and residents associations.
To succeed in this application you MUST be:
- a paralegal with at least 6 months of experience at a law firm in either residential or commercial property with a strong interest in litigation.
- Or a paralegal with at least 6 months litigation experience at a law firm with an understanding of residential or commercial property law.
