Residential Conveyancing Team Leader.
This is a unique opportunity to join a growing practice who have excellent and plentiful sources of work coming in.
The role is for a transactional team leader to provide a comprehensive conveyancing service in order to ensure that all residential conveyancing matters are dealt with promptly, efficiently and within strict deadlines.
Managing a small team of paralegals, legal executives, licensed conveyancers, and legal assistants, you will be responsible for your own case load of freehold, registered sales, purchase transactions, leasehold, and transfer of equity matters as well as checking and signing off the work your team produces.
Ideally you will have a couple of years post qualification experience and be able to deal with all the relevant stages of purchase files (title approval and enquries, search results, mortgage offers) and sign off completions.
You will be comfortable with case management systems and happy to perform your own admin. The model of the firm does not involve using secretaries.
You will be a strong team player and you will be keen to progress your carer in a volume conveyancing environment.
You must be able to prioritise work, have good attention to detail and work well under pressure.
