Corporate Associate - Hong Kong

I am working closely with a market leading international UK law firm who are looking to hire into their M&A team. With an established presence in Hong Kong, my client provide an integrated, tailored service to their clients and are highly valued globally.

Applicants with the following experience are encouraged to apply:

-Solid public and/or private M&A knowledge preferably gained at an international firm

- Experience with general corporate matters including private equity, joint ventures, compliance and cross border transactions

-Hong Kong or common law qualified candidates are preferred by the firm

- Excellent written and oral Cantonese, Mandarin and English language skills

-At least 2 years of PQE

-Strong academic background
