Family Solicitor NQ+

Our client is a friendly, multi-sited legal 500 firm with deep roots in the community. We are assisting them as they search for a dedicated junior family solicitor (NQ+) to sit within their Chelmsford office.

This innovative, forward thinking practice is committed to its workforce and has an extremely low staff turnover, they are looking to add to their team due to a continual surge of repeat work and referrals.

You will have already built some experience within the family field handling private/public children matters and private finance and divorce. You will be familiar with the legal aid process or keen to learn with any experience around advocacy standing as a benefit.

Salaries are very competitive and commensurate with experience. Solicitors often develop at a rapid rate due to the supportive nature of the firm.
