NQ Commercial Litigation Solicitor.

The Role:
*Advising on contractual liability claims
*Representing high end insurer clients in respect of property damage claims caused by flood, fire damage etc.
*Assist on international claims that have attracted media attention and you will have the opportunity to become involved in these high profile claims.
*Advise on policy coverage, subrogated recovery, indemnity etc.

Candidate Requirement:
*Newly qualified solicitor handling or assisted on high value commercial litigation claims or civil litigation claims
*Junior solicitors with insurance dispute litigation experience will be of interest to this team
*If you are two to four years qualified you will ideally have handled your own caseload of multi track insurance litigation/commercial litigation claims
* It is not essential that you have property damage experience as our client in Oxford seek a commercial litigator with a solid academic record and links to the Oxford area
