Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising staff at all levels on the legal aspects of the Group's business operations
- Draft, negotiate and review legal contracts
- Produce reports and identify the need for legal research
- Ensure communication between the legal departments and managers across the wider business
- Develop and assist with the implementation of risk and legal systems
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have commercial contracts/GDPR experience
- Have a proven ability to produce a high standard of report writing
- Have a good understanding of corporate and commercial law
- Be tenacious, diligent and resilient
- Have the ability to influence
