The Role:

A well-established firm is looking for a Conveyancer to join their Residential Property Department in Stoke on Trent.

This role will be a fee earning role, you will be required to work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running.

• Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
• Help to buy purchases
• Plot sales and new builds
• Mortgages and re-mortgages
• Deeds
• Transfers
• Title Checks
• Pre and Post Completion work

Requirements:

The Ideal Candidate must have worked within a Conveyancing role ideally with 2 years PQE as well as be able to handle a large case load with minimal supervision and be either CILEX, a Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. The firm will look at paralegals who are able to run their own caseload with minimal supervision.

Benefits:

Salary is negotiable based on experience.

23 days holiday + Statutory + Birthday off.
