Business Development Adviser - Corporate

A new position as Business Development Adviser has become available at an international, prestigious law firm. You will be working in this firm’s well-established Marketing & Business Development department, that offers great career progression.

As Business Development Adviser, your role will be to support the M&BD Managers and BD and Marketing activities across the Corporate practice. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate pitches and help pitch team prepare for presentations, including writing domestic and cross-border pitches, proposals and credentials whilst ensuring the best practice pitch approach is applied;
• Client targeting and development, working on initiatives and analysis;
• Creating and project managing events and marketing campaigns to raise the profile of the firm globally;
• Working on firm-wide M&BD initiatives and projects that will facilitate and encourage cross-selling and new business development. 

To be considered for this role, you will have experience in working in a business development/marketing environment. Desirably, you will have experience of working in a law firm and/or in a corporate practice role. You will need an in-depth understanding of the commercial world and ideally a general understanding of the legal market (key players and product areas).
