JDI Legal have over 18 years dedicated to the North East legal profession and are currently instructed by a small friendly Newcastle firm recruiting a senior family solicitor. The role will see the successful individual ultimately head up a department, inherit an existing caseload and supervise a legal aid contract.
Applications are encouraged from lawyers with a minimum of 3pqe+ ideally with Family or Child Panel Membership or at the very least a willingness to undertake the same.
There will be an existing caseload of mainly publicly funded work including Children and Care proceedings as well as some private children, divorce, financial remedy and cohabitee disputes etc.
